Aanika (she/her) is a first-generation Indian American who grew up in San Diego. She attended San Diego State University and the University of Southern California for her undergraduate and graduate studies. She enjoys cooking and learning more about nutrition, loves to dance, and is a big advocate for sun protection.

Alicia is a proud first鈥慻eneration Mexican-American/Chicana and college graduate with a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross and a Master鈥檚 in Higher Education Leadership from the University of San Diego. After benefiting from strong mentorship, she built a career in community colleges supporting student success. She enjoys brunch, iced coffee, traveling, nature walks, and time with friends and family.

Alain Olivier Joachin (he/him) is a first-generation college student and son of Haitian immigrants. He earned his associate degree in Math and Science from Norco College, a bachelor鈥檚 in Sociocultural Anthropology from UC San Diego, and a master鈥檚 in Educational Counseling from USC. Outside of work, he enjoys climbing, making coffee, and volunteering.

She earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Gerontology at California State University, Sacramento, and an MA in Higher Education - Student Affairs at Fort Hays State University. Off campus, she is out in the ocean, reading at least two books, and enjoying ramen or pizza with the family.
